Pricing & Policy

Indigo is committed to providing the highest quality of care for its clients.  Our board level trained doctors of physical therapy will work with you on a personalized treatment plan for 60 minutes each session in our private, boutique clinical settings.

Our client concierge team is here to assist you with any scheduling, pricing, or payment questions.  Additionally, we offer same day complementary 15 minute phone consultations with our DPTs if you have any questions regarding whether pelvic PT at Indigo is right for you.

Do We Take Insurance?

We are “out of network” for most insurance plans but we will submit a claim for you as a courtesy.  You may receive partial reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.  Our courtesy billing is unique to out of network practices.

Indigo is an in-network provider solely for the Johns Hopkins University Employer Health Plan (EHP).

Additionally, we are a non participating provider of Medicare. Information regarding this form of Medicare coverage can be found here.

By remaining out of network, we can look at you, the whole person, and treat as our clinical expertise suggests.  By practicing outside of the constraints of the insurance model, we are able to provide a level of care that fosters better clinical outcomes and a better patient experience.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. All Monday appointments must be cancelled by noon on the previous Friday. This ensures that all patients have fair access to the appointment times that work best for their schedules.  Please arrive on time to your appointment. We do not extend your appointment time if you arrive late, as it would take time away from other patients.

Good Faith Estimate

It’s important for you to know that you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” outlining how much your medical care is expected to cost. This notice is required by law for patients who don’t have or who aren’t using insurance for medical items or services, and must be provided in writing at least 1 business day prior to your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or item. Be sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate. If your Good Faith Estimate is $400 or more under the bill you receive, you can dispute the bill.
