Pricing & Policies

The highly personalized nature of treatment at Indigo makes it difficult to provide general pricing in a fair and accurate way. And certain services and pricing may vary by Indigo locations. By beginning the booking process online, you can see more accurate information based on where you are and what you’re looking for. You can also call us at (888) 803-4244 and speak with a Client Concierge team member about pricing.

Take advantage of a complimentary, same-day phone consultation with a doctor of physical therapy or other specialist.

Coverage & Forms of Payment

Indigo is an in-network provider for the Johns Hopkins University Employer Health Plan.  We are “out of network” for other insurance plans, but we will submit a claim for you as a courtesy so that you receive partial reimbursement. Operating in this way allows us to dictate best treatment for clients’ diagnoses and to see them as frequently or infrequently as the plan of care we develop together requires. Being an independent practice also affords us the opportunity to be fully transparent about patients’ health care costs. Payment is due in full at the time of service and reimbursement can take several days or several weeks depending on your carrier. We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FSA and HSA dollars. We do not accept cash or checks.

We believe that quality health care should be accessible to all.

Booking Process & Assistance

In addition to the unmet caliber of our highly trained team, a large part of what makes Indigo the only practice of its kind is our commitment to individualized attention and care. And it is a priority to match each patient to the best possible practitioner for them.

Physical Therapy

Providers
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists

In a private one hour session with a doctor of physical therapy, you can expect an in-depth conversation about your health history as well as a forward-looking discussion about your goals. Your practitioner will complete a comprehensive evaluation and movement analysis, designed based upon your unique situation. And together you will develop a plan of care to best meet your schedule, your needs, and your goals. In this session, you will also go through an initial treatment, which will include educating you on your anatomy and prognosis, as well as self-care, modifications, and exercises to do on your own.

Cancellation, No-Show, And Late Appointment Policy

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. All Monday appointments must be cancelled by noon on the previous Friday. This ensures that all patients have fair access to the appointment times that work best for their schedules. Please arrive on time to your appointment. We do not extend your appointment time if you arrive late, as it would take time away from other patients.

Good Faith Estimate

It’s important for you to know that you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” outlining how much your medical care is expected to cost. This notice is required by law for patients who don’t have or who aren’t using insurance for medical items or services, and must be provided in writing at least 1 business day prior to your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or item. Be sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate. If your Good Faith Estimate is $400 or more under the bill you receive, you can dispute the bill.
