Dr. Mandy Rose PT, DPT, is a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS); one of only 14 PTs in the state of Maryland with this prestigious specialist certification. She has a certificate in Dry Needling and is a lead in Indigo’s education and mentorship program. Dr. Mandy received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University (TWU) in Dallas, TX and works out of our Roland Park, Baltimore City location.
Dr. Mandy is passionate about treating the Abdominopelvic Health population for all sexes and genders and was fortunate to receive mentorship from renowned board-certified specialists in the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. Having completed a rigorous one-year post-professional program at TWU, Dr. Mandy earned a Certificate in Advanced Women’s Health Physical Therapy. In both 2020 and 2021, Dr. Mandy was nominated by her patients and received the “Mom Approved Wellness Professionals Award” from Dallas Fort Worth Child magazine.
Dr. Mandy is a mom herself, and her experiences during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood have further ignited her passion for ensuring birthing people and caregivers in all phases of life receive the care they need. Dr. Mandy is also committed to raising awareness about the benefits of Abdominopelvic Health for men, a population that often does not know they can receive or seek out this care. Dr. Mandy is grateful to all her clients for allowing her to join and guide them on what can often be a vulnerable journey, and she is honored to be a part of their “village.”
Dr. Mandy is excited to be back on the East Coast and, when not working, enjoys spending time with her children and pilot husband [when he’s not flying], and making up for lost time with her extended family in the area.

Dr. Erin Eberle is a physical therapist at the Roland Park location. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has worked in outpatient settings throughout Baltimore. Dr. Eberle's experience has made it clear to her the importance of treating the whole person, highlighting in-depth musculoskeletal and neuromuscular knowledge. She realizes how valuable pelvic floor rehabilitation is for addressing muscular imbalance throughout the body, especially pertaining to back pain and jaw dysfunction.
Dr. Eberle has a special interest in working with pelvic pain, pregnant and postpartum patients. She advocates that everyone deserves high-quality care after giving birth. Dr. Eberle is a certified manual physical therapist that specializes in dry needling. She is well-versed in soft tissue mobilization, scar tissue cupping, and joint manipulations to address muscular and postural imbalances. Dr. Eberle has had extensive experience in treating headaches, jaw, and neck pain. She values hands-on physical therapy and individualized, achievable treatment plans for each patient.
Dr. Eberle became a mama this year. While not at work, she is enjoying her little son with her partner. She is on her own postpartum journey and is reacclimating to distance running and bouldering.

Dr. Lizzy Purcell Daniel received her B.A. in Dance from Goucher College which laid the foundation for her understanding of movement and body mechanics. She then danced professionally throughout the Baltimore area and completed the rigorous Romana’s Pilates certification program. Dr. Lizzy has been teaching classical Pilates in the Baltimore area since 2014 and frequently integrates Pilates principles and exercises into her physical therapy practice. Driven by her passion for helping others, she pursued further education and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore where her interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation began. While treating in outpatient orthopedics, Dr. Lizzy has honed her manual therapy skills and completed further education in pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
During her own pregnancies, Dr. Lizzy gained personal insight into the unique challenges and physical changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum. This first-hand experience sparked her interest in treating those with issues related to the perinatal period including back, neck, and pelvic pain as well as diastasis recti and incontinence. Dr. Lizzy strongly believes that everyone deserves to live a full life without being limited by these conditions that are often considered “normal.” This is evident in her holistic approach that emphasizes assessing the body as whole to understand the root cause of a patient’s pain or dysfunction.
Outside of work, Dr. Lizzy enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful boys, discovering the best restaurants around Baltimore, and moving her body whether she’s hiking, running, or practicing Pilates.

Dr. Madison earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University in North Carolina and chose to specialize in pelvic floor therapy. Her passion for this unique area of physical therapy began during her clinical rotations, where she discovered a deep commitment to helping individuals regain control and confidence in their bodies. Dr. Madison has completed training through Herman and Wallace and is eager to continue advancing her education.
Dr. Madison loves working with patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction because she has witnessed the profound impact it can have on their quality of life. Whether it’s guiding someone through postpartum recovery, addressing pelvic pain, or managing incontinence, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that empowers her patients. She believes that a holistic approach to health, both personally and professionally, leads to the best outcome for all.

Dr. Alissa Klein (they/she) earned their Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Dr. Alissa has worked in outpatient physical therapy settings throughout Baltimore and is a trained pelvic health physical therapist through Herman and Wallace. Prior to becoming a PT, they taught recreational gymnastics, acrobatics and social partnered dance and worked in the nonprofit sector. In teaching, they recognized movement and touch as powerful tools for wellness, connection and creativity; which they carry forward into their work as a PT.
Dr. Alissa was first introduced to the specialty of pelvic health during their own postpartum healing and, over the course of their training and education, has enjoyed diving into the expansive scope of the field. They recognize the immense role of reproductive, sexual and urogenital health in everyday life and are honored to play a part in each client's journey. It is Dr. Alissa’s mission to help every person they work with feel better in their body in the ways that are uniquely meaningful to them.
Outside of work, Dr. Alissa enjoys spending time with their wife and two young children, being outdoors as much as possible, and occasionally getting out on the social dance floor. They speak Spanish as well as English.

Traci Spacek is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate of The Holistic Massage Training Institute in Baltimore and has been a part of the Indigo family since 2020. Traci specializes in a variety of techniques including: pre and postnatal massage, myofascial release, scar massage and lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, visceral manipulation and breathwork. Her mission is to help her clients feel safe and at home in their bodies. Traci works closely with the Physical Therapists at Indigo to assist with muscular and somatic integration.
As a queer massage therapist, Traci believes strongly in client-centered, affordable, and affirming bodywork for all genders and body types. We all deserve to rest, to be cared for, and to live with less pain. Traci understands that sharing your body and your pain can be vulnerable, so working at the client’s speed and comfort level is a central tenet of her practice. Additionally, Traci has spent many years in childcare, working specifically with infants, young children, and supporting families on the challenging journey of child rearing.

Medina Walker is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate of the Holistic Massage Training Institute in Baltimore, MD. She has also attended the A.A.S degree program in Massage Therapy at Anne Arundel Community College, and is currently furthering her education in public health at Western Governors University. Medina has additional certifications in stretch therapy, neuromuscular massage therapy, myofascial release, prenatal massage therapy, and cupping therapy.
Medina's journey began with the birth of her first child, which went off without a hitch and taught her the value of a strong community of caretakers. Her second birth experience was not as supportive, and subsequently she knew she was destined to work in women's health to ensure other birthing people had access to support and caretaking. In 2022, The Shades of Blue Project honored Medina with the prestigious Good Heart Award during Black Maternal Health Week for her outstanding work in the birthing community. The Shades of Blue Project is dedicated to helping women of color before, during and after child-birth with community resources, mental health advocacy, treatment and support.
Medina has also appeared in many esteemed magazines and publications, such as Motherly, Beauty Boost Baltimore, Voyage Baltimore, Fashion Week Online, and Jukebox Time. Treating as a pelvic physical therapist since that point, Dr. Joyce believes the best physical therapist is one that merges expertise on both orthopedics and pelvic physical therapy to treat the whole client. Giving up to date, evidence-based care, Dr. Joyce is an expert and leader in her field, working closely with surgeons and medical doctors on the latest technology and improvements, particularly with gender affirmation procedures. She has been certified by Herman & Wallace as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC), the top certification available.
Dr. Joyce specializes in the care and treatment of the LGBTQIA+ community, including care of post-operative gender affirming surgeries. Dr. Joyce also specializes in individuals undergoing fertility treatments or along their fertility journey, clients with hypermobility disorders, endometriosis/PCOS, and pre/post surgical (bladder sling, hysterectomy, endometriosis surgery, etc.) She also had an extensive knowledge in the treatment of pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence and pregnancy and postpartum related impairments, as well as treating clients with a history of trauma.

She graduated from Virginia Tech with a dual major in biology and English and from Shenandoah University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics with a specialized focus in pelvic health since. Dr. Andrea has 16 years of experience in the field and has earned advanced certifications in strength and conditioning through NSCA, cancer exercise through ACSM, dry needling through Kinetacore, lymphedema through Klose, and pelvic health of women, men, and children through Herman and Wallace. Dr. Andrea believes in treating the whole patient, not just the dysfunction.

Dr. Liz Stadler earned her Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in the Finger Lakes region of NY. She has been passionate about working with neurological, orthopedic, and pediatric populations throughout her career.
Dr. Liz became interested in pelvic physical therapy when she noticed many of her clients in various settings struggling with aspects of pelvic health including pain, dysfunction, and incontinence. She witnessed the physical as well as psychological impacts that these concerns had on many of her clients. Dr. Liz has undergone pelvic health physical therapy training for both adult and pediatric populations.
Dr. Liz takes a whole-body and fully integrative approach when treating clients. She enjoys problem solving and thinking outside of the box. She prioritizes being up to date on current research and practices and is engaged within the medical/therapy community. Dr. Liz is trained in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, experienced in advanced assessment of gait mechanics in pediatric and adult populations, and implements myofascial work and fascial alignment work with all patients. She takes the time to work with clients at their own pace and view interactions as needed through a trauma-informed lens.
Additionally, Dr. Liz completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, focusing on alignment-based, mindful yoga for all ages in 2018. She has also been on the adjunct faculty staff at The University of Maryland Baltimore School of Medicine Physical Therapy Department since 2018.
She enjoys teaching and mentoring other physical therapists, students, and allied health professionals.

Having participated in a wide variety of sports including swimming, Tae Kwon Do, cheerleading, ice skating and softball, Dr. Michelle became fascinated by the human body and its amazing capabilities. This led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Dr. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, then continued her path towards physical therapy after moving to Australia for worldly experience. Dr. Michelle graduated with honors from the University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program before moving back to the US.
Through years of experience in the orthopedic setting, she developed a unique treatment approach which includes a strong focus on exercise, manual therapy, the mind-body connection and holistic, person-centered wellness. She has a passion for teaching people about their bodies so they can stay happy, healthy and continue doing what they love. Dr Michelle’s professional experience fostered a growing passion for pelvic rehabilitation as she became increasingly aware of the importance of a healthy pelvic floor in whole-body healing. She completed further training in pelvic floor physical therapy through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. As a recreational barbell athlete, she has a special interest in working with pregnant and postpartum strength athletes to help them safely continue or return to exercise. She is currently pursuing a professional certification in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism through the Pelvic Global Academy.
In her free time, Dr. Michelle can be found hiking or mountain biking with her husband Mike and dog Odin, traveling to National Parks, working out, listening to audiobooks or seeing live music. She is excited to continue to grow as a therapist with the Indigo Physiotherapy team.

Dr. Meghan has received advanced training in Pelvic Floor and Intrapartum Topics of Obstetric Physical Therapy, and loves seeing the merge of hands-on, manual, and orthopedic physical therapy with pelvic floor physical therapy.
Having discovered that her true passion lies most in treating pelvic health populations and patients with Ehlers-Danlos and hyper-mobility disorders while doing clinical rotations during her doctorate program, Meghan fervently pursued intense, evidence-based pelvic PT practice at the very start of her career and has progressed as an expert in the field. She is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, allowing her to prescribe exercises and adapt changes necessary for pregnant and postpartum clients. Meghan has a true passion for pelvic floor physical therapy and improving postpartum care within the United States. She also has a special interest in treating clients with pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, SI joint, pubic symphysis, lumbar spine, and hip dysfunctions.
One of Dr. Meghan’s strongest assets and an area she greatly excels is her compassion and the space she’s able to hold for her clients. She continuously strives to build and nourish meaningful client-practitioner relationships as well as create a safe environment that’s optimal for healing. Cat is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over twenty years experience performing a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal & Postnatal Massage, Fertility Massage, Craniosacral, and Shiatsu. She graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and has been licensed to practice massage therapy since 2001. She received her National Certification in 2003 and is currently licensed in the state of New York and Maryland. She began teaching Foundations of Swedish, Shiatsu and Pregnancy massage at her alma mater upon graduation in 2000. Cat is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. She completed her First Degree Reiki training certification from the Maryland Center for Reiki Training and plans to pursue her Reiki master certification.
Cat is also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). As a lifelong learner, she graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY in 2010 where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Prior to this, Cat graduated from Trenton State College with a BA in Communication Studies in 1989 and completed her Master of Art coursework in Intercultural and Interpersonal Communication from the State University of NY at Albany in 1996. She holds a current BLS certification in HCP CPR and AED/First Aid (Adult/Child/Infant/Choking) from the National CPR Foundation.

She was born and raised in Northern Virginia, proudly treating pelvic floor dysfunction in her community. A GMU alumni with a B.S. in Kinesiology, Dr. Maliha has a strong understanding of the connections of the anatomical and physiological processes of pregnancy, menopause, and sports training in relationship to pelvic and perinatal dysfunction and movement systems. She discovered her love for pelvic floor physical therapy during her clinical rotations and has enjoyed treating patients with a variety of pelvic floor and non-pelvic floor conditions including but not limited to sexual dysfunction, bladder dysfunction, postpartum care, female athlete triad, and running-related injuries. A strongly versed manual therapist, Dr. Maliha incorporates a wide range of hands-on, manual therapy techniques integrated with breathwork, therapeutic exercise, and re-training the myofascial and musculoskeletal movement patterns to help return her clients to feeling their best.

Dr. McCaul Butcher received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and quickly realized the deficit in whole-body, complete care of the individual Nearly a decade of immersion in orthopedics and pelvic health paired with a drive to learn more have led to Dr. McCaul’s expertise and extensive training in orthopedics/sports and pelvic health.. As many do, Dr. McCaul experienced her own orthopedic injury as a PT, which led her down the road to seeking pelvic health rehabilitation, and she knew at once this was an obvious missing connection to care of orthopedic and sports injuries.
Dr. McCaul is an expert in perinatal wellness, understanding the importance of denormalizing abdominal separation, incontinence, symphysis pubis dysfunction, hip pain both during and after pregnancy, as well as best preparing the body for the vast physiological changes, labor, birth and fourth trimester. Across the lifespan, from highschool and female athletes to perimenopause, Dr. McCaul seeks an evidence-based, hands-on approach for care, integrating a variety of masterful techniques for injury rehabilitation and prevention. Dr. McCaul is also passionate about health promotion and fitness and takes a whole body, movement system approach to care in order to help clients achieve their goals as quickly yet effectively as possible.

She currently treats a variety of pelvic health conditions and is passionate about treating and caring for pre and postpartum, fertility, and endometriosis-related clients.
Dr. Erica is a 200-hour certified power yoga instructor and enjoys utilizing yoga movements, breathing techniques, and a total body approach during her treatment sessions. She has training in dry needling and visceral manipulation and enjoys utilizing these techniques with patients.
When she is not in the clinic, Dr. Erica loves to spend time kayaking, swimming, attending group fitness classes, and walking her rescue pup.

Ali Cunniffe received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. Prior to beginning her graduate studies, she received her Bachelors in Biology from Franklin & Marshall College where she also played on the collegiate women's soccer team. It was through her soccer career (and the various injuries she sustained and rehabilitated) that she became interested in a career in physical therapy. At her own physical therapy appointments, she found a passion for using exercise to overcome pain and restore function. Upon her initial studies at University of Delaware, she further identified a strong interest in pelvic health PT and its underserved populations. She has since broadened her skills which include manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular retraining and a strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise while also completing additional pelvic floor physical therapy training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. While Ali is passionate in treating all patients, including both those with pelvic health conditions and orthopedic injuries in a way that promotes whole body wellbeing and function, Ali has a particular interest in finding ways to help resolve pain during pregnancy and finds it especially important that postpartum individuals are supported comprehensively through their recovery.
When not at Indigo, Ali enjoys spending her time with family and friends, playing pickleball, skiing, reading, and watching any and all Bravo shows!

Dr. Jillian Raglin earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Since then, she has dedicated her expertise to caring for the most critical patients in acute and intensive care environments. Through this experience, Dr. Jillian has honed her skills in managing a diverse array of diagnoses and co-morbidities, leading her to adopt a holistic approach to patient care. Having been a collegiate athlete, Dr. Jillian understands firsthand the challenges of orthopedic injuries. Following her own experiences with pregnancy and postpartum recovery, she sought out pelvic floor rehabilitation, sparking a keen interest in specializing in this area. She employs a comprehensive approach tailored to each individual and she emphasizes the vital connection between mental health and physical well-being. In her treatment methodology, she incorporates manual techniques, functional movements, and strength training to support her clients in returning to the activities that they love. She is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, providing her with even more insight into prescribing exercises and adapting those exercises as necessary for pregnant and postpartum clients. Dr. Jillian has a special interest in treating athletes, weight lifters, return to run and sport, pregnancy and postpartum, and pelvic pain in all genders.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Jillian finds joy in running and weightlifting, while being a CrossFit enthusiast. Dr. Jillian and her husband are proud parents to two young sons and they enjoy spending their leisure time outdoors and with their family and friends.

Mary Raddell, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Massage Therapist and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Originally from Cleveland, OH, she received her PTA license in 2014. Upon moving to Maryland, she received her Massage Therapy License after discovering her gifts are in manual therapies and recognizing the lasting results of healthy healing touch with her clients. She recognized this was the work she was being called to do.
Mary's work has been specialized to incorporate many modalities to create lasting benefits for her clients including training and certifications in Myofascial Release, EFT, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, yoga for rehabilitation, breathwork practices, and Tantric and Shamanic healing arts. Mary utilizes many healing modalities to release the restrictions in the body whether they are structural, physical, emotional or energetic. With compassion, patience and a keen understanding of the mind-body connection, it is Mary's passion to be able to help people breakthrough and connect to where they are feeling stuck and help them to relax and find ease and greater understanding of their own body.
