Supporting
Your Body
Through Pregnancy
Pregnancy brings incredible changes to your body, and our goal is to help you navigate those changes as comfortably as possible. Our prenatal physical therapy services are designed to address common concerns like low back pain, hip pain, sciatic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction. We can also help you prepare for a vaginal or C-section delivery, focusing on breathing, muscle strengthening , and techniques that may reduce perineal tearing and improve postpartum recovery.
With every session, we take the time to understand your personal health history, goals, and challenges. Whether you’re experiencing pain or simply looking for support throughout your pregnancy, our team is here to provide safe, evidence-based care every step of the way.
how
We Care for You
Our prenatal physical therapy sessions are comprehensive and tailored specifically to you. We offer a combination of manual therapy, exercises, and educational support to ensure you feel confident and supported throughout your pregnancy.
Personalized Approach
Each pregnancy is different, and so is our approach. Our sessions begin with a thorough evaluation, including both a subjective and objective assessment, to better understand your unique needs. Based on our findings, we use a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and neuromuscular reeducation to support your body through the changes of pregnancy.
What to Expect
During your initial consultation, we’ll spend time discussing your goals and any concerns you may have. From there, we’ll create a care plan that includes hands-on treatment, exercises to strengthen and stretch key muscles, and educational tips for labor and delivery preparation.
Preparing for Your Visit
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing any questions you have. For internal pelvic floor assessments, we do require clearance from your doctor. After your session, you’ll receive a detailed home exercise program to support your ongoing care.
