PRENATAL / PREGNANCY MASSAGE THERAPY
Pregnancy massage, also known as prenatal massage or prenatal bodywork, aim to alleviate discomforts associated with pregnancy and support the client where they are at during their pregnancy. Prenatal Massage is applicable for all trimesters, and is specific person to person. During your massage at Indigo, we are careful about scents, use organic detergents and products, so that every Mama-to-be and pregnant person can enjoy their prenatal massage without worry.

POSTPARTUM MASSAGE THERAPY

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage utilizes various massage techniques to provide a targeted approach to bodywork that is client specific and focused on relief and relaxation. An integration of myofascial, Swedish, and deep tissue bodywork allows our therapists to follow the tissues and their needs so that you feel cared for and nourished. Hot towels, the soft compression of a weighted blanket, and a relaxing atmosphere will encourage your parasympathetic nervous system to engage and healing to begin. Therapeutic massage is for all ages and body types.

Bodywork
In keeping with our commitment to a comprehensive approach to treatment, our bodywork offerings include both massage therapy and craniosacral therapy. While massage therapy is focused on the muscles and soft tissue of the body, craniosacral therapy is focused on the central nervous system using light-touch and gentle traction.
